By subscribing to Toolscale or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you subscribe on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Toolscale provides bundled access to a curated catalogue of third-party AI, marketing and ecommerce tools through a single subscription. Access is delivered through a sandboxed browser environment with our authentication layer. The exact list of tools may change over time as we add new ones and remove deprecated ones.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access to contact@toolscale.io immediately.
Each Elite seat is intended for a single user. Each Elite Team plan allows two distinct users. Sharing a single seat between multiple people violates these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month, annual plans every twelve months, on the same calendar day you subscribed. Lifetime plans are one-time payments with no future billing.
All pricing appears in USD before applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. No commitment, no exit fees.
Refunds are issued only based on eligibility. To qualify, you must not have used any tool: no 2FA code generated, and no credits consumed on any tool included in your plan. If any tool has been accessed, a 2FA code requested, or credits used, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Eligibility is verified manually against our activity logs before any refund is processed. To request a refund, contact us at contact@toolscale.io within your current billing period.
Bad-faith disputes. Any user who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, or who threatens to file a complaint, report, or public denouncement, in order to obtain a refund they are not eligible for under this section, is acting in bad faith and in breach of these Terms. In such cases Toolscale LLC reserves the right to contest the claim using its activity logs and to bring legal action to recover the amounts wrongfully reversed, together with any related processing fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees, and to suspend or terminate the account without refund.

The tools accessible through Toolscale are operated by their respective owners (Semrush, Anthropic, OpenAI, Canva, ElevenLabs and others). Each tool's own terms of service apply when you use it. Individual tool availability cannot be guaranteed; Toolscale acts as a reseller and aggregator.
Toolscale's brand, website, content and software remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for as long as your subscription is active. Content you create belongs to you, subject to each tool's licensing terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
Toolscale's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
You may cancel anytime. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity. Sections 8 through 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are reflected in the "Last updated" date above; material changes trigger an email notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Toolscale is operated by a U.S. limited liability company (LLC). These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Toolscale LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
