Only if you use more than Grok Images. Grok Images costs $29/month on its own. ToolScale is $49/month and includes it with 50+ other premium tools, like Nano Banana 2, Seedream 5, Magnific (Freepik). The limit: This is Grok's image model reached through Magnific, not a Grok or X account: there is no Grok chat, no X Premium and no Grok video.

Grok Images is the cheap part. The rest of the 50+ tool catalogue is where the money is.
Unlock my accessGrok's image generation is fast, loose and willing to try a style the more cautious models avoid, which makes it good for ideation and bold social visuals. On its own it is a reason to pay for X Premium or a Grok plan.
Inside Magnific it is simply one of the models you can pick, unlimited, next to Nano Banana 2 for precise edits and Seedream for anything with text in it. The useful habit is to run the same prompt through all three and keep the best.
